About
Thomas M. Bott graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He was then hired by Aetna as a claims analyst before relocating to Stamford CT where he was employed by Transamerica Insurance Group as an accountant. After spending a few years in accounting he accepted a position with Alea North America as an Assistant Vice President responsible for marketing and underwriting. Tom then advanced his career and assumed a position as the Executive Vice President for one of the Managing General Agents he had insured for several years. With over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry Tom established The Bott Agency in 2012. Tom lives in Brookfield, CT with his wife and two sons.
